Thank you for shopping at Donna DIY. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following payment terms.
1. Accepted Payment Method
We accept payment via PayPal only. All transactions are processed in United States Dollars (USD).
2. Order & Payment Confirmation
- Once you complete payment, you will receive an automatic order confirmation email including your order number, purchased items, quantity, price and shipping information.
- Please double-check your shipping address before payment. We cannot modify the delivery address after the parcel is shipped.
- Payment must be completed at checkout. Unpaid orders will be automatically canceled within 48 hours.
3. Pricing & Tax
- All product prices displayed on the website are product prices excluding international shipping fees and import duties.
- Import taxes, customs fees or VAT charged by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We will not cover any customs-related charges.
4. Payment Security
All payment information is processed securely through PayPal. We do not store your credit card or bank account details on our website.
5. Order Cancellation
- Buyers may cancel unpaid orders directly.
- Once payment is confirmed and the goods have been shipped, order cancellation is not available. You need to follow our Refund & Return Policy to apply for return after receiving the package.
